PART 2: TEAM BUILDING (on a volunteer basis but highly recommended)
Article 5 – PARTNERSHIP
The BULB Membership (founding voting members) is regularly accepting a number of partners (non binding collaboration) upon proposal of the Working Group mentioned below. Partner photographers (regular collaborators on a volunteer basis) can send and publish their contributions in BULB's websites and social media pages. They can in addition send their portfolios for publishing. Partners can become privileged members if the BULB Membership decides so during a meeting with a quorum of at least 2/3. Partnership is open to anyone seriously engaged in the pursuit of photography. The selection of partners is done also via an open call for submissions of portfolios (Send via wetranfer, dropbox or email 20 pictures and a short CV to email@example.com). All successful candidates undergo a probational period of 6-months before becoming a partner and are asked to abide by the the present regulations. Moreover, all members and partners leaving the collective undertake that their photographic material previously published within the collective cannot be deleted or modified.
Privileged membership is awarded for outstanding activity on behalf of BULBphotos and this should be the objective of all the partners.
A number of founding and privileged members (whose time schedule permits to be very active for the collective) are operating in a more structured and coordinated way via a Working Group. The Working Group has the general overview and executive power over the BULB projects. It also takes care of the daily business and in general has the overall authority for the medium/long term projects. The WG members have editor privileges for the BULB page on Facebook and they run BULB's Instagram, Twitter and Flickr pages.
Article 6 – MEETINGS

At least 15 days in advance of any BULB members meeting, there will be a notification of the time and place of the meeting and the purpose for which it is to be called. Quorum shall consist of those present at the designated hour of the meeting.
